A Guide To Philly's Seasonal Outdoor Pop-Ups

by The Atelier April 04, 2016

Warmer weather is coming here in Philly, and we can’t wait to spend our days in the city sunshine. Luckily for us, Philly has plenty of outdoor pop-up parks and markets coming this spring and summer!

Spruce Street Harbor Park 401 South Columbus Street

One of Philadelphia’s newest Delaware waterfront spots, this urban oasis features outdoor games, colorful hammocks, beautiful night lights, craft beer, and food from Philly’s most popular restaurants. Spruce Street Harbor Park is family-friendly, but also offers great nightlife. The park returns on May 6.

The Piazza at Schmidt’s 1001 N. 2nd Street

Concerts, markets, restaurants, retail, viewing parties, and special events; The Piazza draws large crowds for a wide variety of reasons. Their first event of the season is Philadelphia’s Kentucky Derby Experience on May 7th (as if we needed another excuse to play dress up).

The Porch at 30th Street 2955 Market Street

The Porch has grown to be one of Philadelphia’s favorite lunch spots with vibrant outdoor seating, greenery, a plethora of food trucks, craft beer, and lawn games. The Porch will continue to grow this season, opening officially on April 4th!

Rittenhouse Square Farmer’s Market 1800 Walnut Street

This market at 18th and Walnut is one of the many farmers’ markets to be found in Philly. It’s one of our favorite stops on a Saturday morning – the perfect place to find fresh flowers, delicious produce, and local treats.
